Payment Methods

To support both side with the greatest convenience, the payment methods we accept include Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Paypal.


1.Normally shipping through DHL is the default.
2.TNT, Fedex and other carriers may be used for order shipping based on customer demand or under special occasion.
3.We are happy to ship with a customer’s own shipping account.

Warranty Policy

If no physical damage, all defective merchandise could claim replacement within 12 months from the original purchase date after return.
1.Defective Parts: If products supplied by KASN cant work properly (artificial damage is excluded) within 12 months from the original purchase date, Customers could open a RMA for an exchange or refund. and we will have quick response to you within 24 hours
2.Damaged Parts received Please refuse the receipt of package if there is visible damage or it has been opened seemingly, and contact us with notification. If accepted a damaged one and the products inside are damaged, kindly initiate a RMA within a week, and please help to provide some necessary information, to back us file a claim with the shipment carrier timely.
3.Wrong parts received If received an wrong items, please take a few clear photos of it to show us, then make a complete list that contain all the incorrect. We will verify this error and back to you to fix it as soon as possible. Referential solutions are Refund or Exchange, and up to customers.
